Who we are

stoIQ operates TrampolineIQ and related sport-specific apps, used by coaches and athletes to log training data. This policy covers all stoIQ-operated apps under the stoiq.com.au domain and its subdomains.

What we collect

Depending on your role and how you use the app, we collect:

• Account information: name, email address, date of birth, password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Training data: sessions logged, skills practised, difficulty/load, competition results.
• Wellness data: readiness check-ins, injury reports, and — if you opt in — height and growth-tracking measurements.
• Messages: messages sent between coaches and athletes within the app.
• Parent/guardian information: for athletes under 16, a parent or guardian's email address and their approval of the account, as required before the account can be used.
• Billing information: for coaches on a paid plan, subscription and payment details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store card details ourselves.

Why we collect it

To provide the core functionality of the app: letting coaches track athlete training and wellness, letting athletes log their own sessions, and letting clubs manage rosters and billing. Wellness and injury data is used descriptively, to support coaching decisions — not for automated or diagnostic purposes.

Children's data and parental consent

Athletes under 16 cannot use the app until a parent or guardian has approved the account by email. Parents/guardians can contact us at any time (see below) to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's data.

Who we share it with

• Coaches and clubs you're linked to, for the training/wellness data relevant to their squad.
• Our service providers: Supabase (database hosting), Netlify (site/app hosting), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payment processing), and Sentry (error monitoring) — each only processes what's needed to provide their part of the service.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage and retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward in case of account recovery or legal requirements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

You (or, for a minor, their parent/guardian) can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold, by contacting us using the details below.
